Arrowvean Cottage dates from the 19th century and is excellently situated for access to the wide variety of attractions of West Cornwall. It is a short walk from the beach and harbour of this picturesque fishing village.
Porthleven has a choice of old pubs, shops and restaurants, together with local craft workshops and galleries. There is a Rick Stein restaurant by the harbour. The SW Coastal Path runs through the village. Penzance, St. Ives, St. Michaels Mount, Falmouth, Flambards theme park, Gweek seal sanctuary, many other beaches and the Minack Theatre are all within very easy reach. Praa Sands, 4th in the Sunday Times list of the 50 best British beaches, is only 5 miles away or 10 minutes by car. The Eden Project is also within driving distance. |
